Jun 6, 2011 - It is a ball inside the bag attached to a stick or rod. There is a small handle which the performer holds. It is possible to make your own. Just use a light weight ball made out or Styrofoam or Balsa wood. Poke a small stick or steel rod into it. Take two peices of square material from a fabric store and sew them together with the ball and rod inside. Presto! Your very own Thing! Save yourself some money!
